The LaCross Institute connects researchers, teachers, students, and leaders across the University of Virginia and beyond to advance the knowledge and practice of ethical AI.
The LaCross Institute will draw together cross-disciplinary groups, scholars, students and stakeholders to enhance the University’s overall impact in the AI space. It will act as a mechanism to engage, collaborate and coordinate, and serve as a central node in the network of those doing research, teaching and advancing practice in the field of AI broadly conceived across disciplinary lines.
